Shipping And Returns Policy

Items ordered will be shipped via a company vehicle or via courier services such as UPS or US Mail. McKnight Medical and Total Respiratory Care currently only accept orders delivered in the Western Pennsylvania area. McKnight Medical services the following Counties, Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Westmoreland, Washington, check with our Customer service represenatives about delivery times and methods when you place your order.Returns will be accepted in unopened packages and/or saleable condition within 3 days from the date of the origional invoice with proof of purchase. A minimum of one month rental may be deducted (where applicable). No merchandise will be accepted for return if worn next to the skin, used for sanitary or hygenic purposes, or if it is disposable (i.e. Oxygen, Underpads, or Diapers, enerals, lancets, electrodes, creams, sprays, gels). Special order items will require a deposit or payment in full prior to delivery. Certain items are only available by prescription.
